Water temperature, check cooling
If the cooling system temperature of the diesel engine is too high (more than 100℃) during operation, it can indicate that the scale in the cooling water cavity of the diesel engine is too thick or that relevant components of the cooling system (thermostat, water pump, fan, etc.) are inefficient or fail.
Look at the distribution and check the phase
After a long period of work, the timing gear, CAM surface, follower column and tappet of diesel engine will wear down, which will delay the opening and closing time of inlet and exhaust valves and deviate from the optimal gas distribution phase, thus reducing the charging efficiency and reducing the power of diesel engine. Therefore, to check the diesel valve phase regularly, if not meet the requirements should be adjusted in time.
